Dr. Hernandez-Diaz has completed a General Practice Residency with a concentration in periodontics at Montefiore Medical Center, The Bronx, New York. She is nitrous oxide and Invisalign™ certified.

Life & Hobbies
Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and dog, Coco. She loves musicals and going to the movie theater. She is a fan of the Dallas Mavericks and wants to keep exploring everything Texas has to offer.
