Mission:

As a practice manager of operations, my mission is to build strong, trusting relationships with both my team and our patients, fostering a positive and supportive community within our practice. I am committed to leading with compassion and integrity, ensuring operational excellence while creating an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and motivated.  By combining leadership, empathy, teamwork, I strive to inspire growth and deliver exceptional patient care.

Educational and professional background:

My journey in dentistry began in 2008, working alongside an orthodontist helping to transform smiles – an experience that ignited my passion for patient care and dental health. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and spent three years as a classroom teacher, focusing on literacy and fostering student growth. Combining my background in education with leadership experience, I have led dental teams with an entrepreneurial spirit, emphasizing operational excellence, team development, and compassionate care. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where both our team and patients feel valued and empowered.

Life and Hobbies:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time learning the art of gardening-there is something incredibly rewarding about nurturing growth and seeing the results flourish. I’m an avid reader, always looking for a good book to spark new ideas and inspiration. Additionally, I love anything outdoors whether it’s hiking, exploring nature, or simply soaking up the fresh air.

My Mission:

To create a foundation with patients that will form a trustworthy relationship so they will know I am in their corner and will work with them and not against them.

Educational and Professional Background:

I graduated from Corsicana High School in 2018 and obtained my Dental Assisting license in 2019 from Concorde Career College in Dallas, Texas. I have worked clinically and worked on the administration side of things and have officially found my passion in the business side of dentistry.

Life and Hobbies:

I am happily married and have two kiddos. My husband and I met in 2017 and got married in 2019. My daughter Lilly is 6 and my son Oliver is 3 and YES, they were most definitely named after the show Hannah Montanah! (my husband will disagree) Our hobbies include traveling. We are very spontaneous and like to just go where the wind takes us, so we typically don't have a plan when it comes to where we are traveling to on the weekends. We just like adventure and seeing new places and eating good food!
